In my eclipse installation (freshly installed on Arch Linux) the settings page are is only the list with the themes. No preview and no import button.

How do I import a theme without the button? In which directory belong the theme?

Edit: I edited the .jar file, in the plugins directory and added the theme. So this "issue" is solved for me. ;)

Installing libwebkitgtk-1.0-0 solved it for me

But I had to do: sudo pacman -S webkitgtk3 webkitgtk2
