Rework build and test steps in iceoryx

We have inconsistencies between the cmake build and the build script and documentation, this should be cleaned up.

• Check buildflags in iceoryx_meta and build script

• Check documentation

• check for copyright headers in cmake files

• harmonize buildflags in cmake and script

• create a separate cmake file for all options where the user have an overview and which is u-t-date

• move more build functionality from bash into cmake

• maybe test execution can be done in cmake too (see iceoryx_meta)

• out-of-tree build for all examples

• optional: exchange bash script against a python script for multi-platform support.
