With eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.swt#956 the swt native binaries are stored in the eclipse.platform.swt repository using git-lfs. The eclipse.platform.swt.binaries repository is therefore obsolete. Part of eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.swt.binaries#2
