Interface with SSM devices through traci

Is it possible to use traci to query data from ssm devices for real-time safety assessment? If not, is there any comparable traci command that can report if certain vehicle veh_id has encountered a collision at the current simulation step?

It is not possible yet, although it should be not too hard to add via the general parameter interface of the devices (I leave this ticket open as a reminder). Patches are welcome! Until then you can use traci.simulation.getCollidingVehiclesIDList
