The CPS demonstrator and test dependencies (e.g. BPMN) should be updated as in eclipse-viatra/org.eclipse.viatra#145

Updates CPS demonstrator for dependency changes in VIATRA 2.9 #8

- Increased dependency versions
- Cleaned up uploaded generated code from Pure Gratra transformation
- Removed old, Java 8 specific JavaFX configuration
- Bumped Tycho version and added new generated file to .gitignore
