See eclipse-capella/capella#2193

log "ERROR : PROHIBITED SITUATION" when launching Capella may induce user in error

it's actually a warning

3 issues :

  • Warning are always displayed as errors
  • Errors are never displayed
  • Multiple mapping purpose should be done in validation and logged as a status
