Eclipse SWTChart is part of this years GSoC 2019 initiative:
https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/projects/#4820028082356224

A task is to enhance the export options.
Hence, all export related functionality shall be placed in a separate bundle to enhance the maintainability of SWTChart.
