With some docker versions the following error is shown when starting a local repository via docker-compose

[ERROR] [Entrypoint]: MYSQL_USER="root", MYSQL_USER and MYSQL_PASSWORD are for configuring a regular user and cannot be used for the root user

There should be a hint in the readme.
