add "eclipse-vorto" tag parametrization to all "ask a question" links in .md documentation Edge case: the "eclipse-vorto" tag has already been created in Stack Overflow. In the _unlikely_ case that it was deleted, the links would still lead to a form containing the tag, but users with less than 1500+ reputation would not be able to post the form unless they remove the tag.
