….ksh .h extension is confusing the autoformatter.

That seems to have got it working. Lets try again with the ECMWF custom style. Going to do a cheeky force-push to try to save the git history a little bit. |
Windows does not build with this file included when the code has been autoformatted.

Autoformatting apparently broke a couple of things on Windows. They should now be fixed.
