PageLab sample data

This is a sample Django data dump for the https://github.com/IBM/page-lab project.

It contains 50 URLs, each with ~13 test runs. It's ~160MB.

• Clone/download the JSON file.
• Run the manage.py loaddata command from your PageLab app repo directory, pointing to the local saved JSON file.
• Fire up PageLab.
