First version of the ScatNetLight usable to reproduce paper results

This version corresponds to the source code that we launched to get the numerical results of the paper Deep Roto-Translation Scattering for Object Classification, EO, S. Mallat, CVPR 2015. Numerical results should be identical to the results reported.

We constantly improve our software, if you see any bugs or differences with announced results please report it to edouard.oyallon@ens.fr
