  1. switch from editorconfig-tools to eclint (more up to date, better glob handling, including negative file matchers)
  2. better ignored files e.g. .DS_Store
  3. Yarn instead of NPM (faster dependency management)
  4. minor package.json improvements (license, links, etc.)
  5. basic Electron renderer vs. main process IPC communication (using the sample HTML button material UI)
  6. added README instructions
