MEBS v1.1

Version 1.1

A lighter MEBS version that includes only the required data and scripts to compute the score and metabolic completeness of major biogeochemical cycles. Includes the updates in the sulfur and methane pathways see updates section in the main readme file and a finally we also included a new script mebs_output.py to parse the mebs.pl main output and compute several graphs and a mapping file to upload to itol and map the metabolic completeness of genomes/bins.
