Add Features to New Console

Description:

Add some features to the existing new console to make it easier to operate

Features:

1. Add tab completion, add simple semantic check and autocompletion for python code (similar to the autocompletion in Jupyter Notebook in Vscode)

2. Add left and right arrow keys to switch between characters (It's important for someone who want to change his code and resuse it )

3. Add a touch screen button for autocompletion when using on mobile
