Love this tool – annotating a large number of protein sequences currently, and it's awesome being able to see KO's, gene names, GO terms, etc, but is there any easy way to batch map the seed Eggnog ortholog or Preferred name columns to plain-English protein names (eg converting 1035184.HMPREF1042_0342/pepC to Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase 3)? It would make life somewhat easier to just skim over a list of interpretable annotations instead of looking up each one at a time.
Forgive me is this an already included feature that I just am missing, or if there is some reason why it is not possible.
Thanks,
Braden

the Preferred name column should give some related functionality, but we could improve how GO terms nad other features are reported. thanks for the suggestion
