Depending on the size of the snippet, the navigation buttons change position on the screen, which makes it annoying to browse through snippets - users that don't know the keyboard shortcuts have to move the cursor to the new position of the buttons each time.

I've tried setting a min-height to the snippet in the past, and that seemed to work back then, but it may have been broken recently.
