Description of the Change
Remove files from this repository since they are duplicate files with the same name found in https://github.com/eiffel-community/.github
Alternate Designs
Benefits
Removing duplicate files prevents issues with discrepancies between the files as time passes. There should only be a single source of truth.
Possible Drawbacks
Users might not immediately find these documents anymore. The readme file contains description and links to these files so it should not be much of a problem.
