Fixes #300

Description of the Change

After the upcoming Arica edition no more editions have been named, making it harder to plan for and reason about future editions. With the help of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustave_Eiffel five additional cities where Gustave Eiffel has made contributions have been identified and listed in the documentation.

Alternate Designs

None.

Benefits

We should not forget La Paz but I guess we don't go in chronological order

We should not forget La Paz but I guess we don't go in chronological order

No, but I skipped La Paz mostly because it's two words and I thought it was unnecessary to have to think about how to deal with the space in different contexts. I also skipped locations with hard-to-spell names.

I noticed just a little typo in description: "bene" should be "been".
