After the upcoming Arica edition no more editions have been named, making it harder to plan for and reason about future editions. With the help of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustave_Eiffel five additional cities where Gustave Eiffel has made contributions have bene identified and listed in the documentation.

No, but I skipped La Paz mostly because it's two words and I thought it was unnecessary to have to think about how to deal with the space in different contexts. I also skipped locations with hard-to-spell names. |

After the upcoming Arica edition no more editions have been named, making it harder to plan for and reason about future editions. With the help of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustave_Eiffel five additional cities where Gustave Eiffel has made contributions have been identified and listed in the documentation.
