EMBEDR v2.1.1

This release of the EMBEDR package includes all the code used to generate the results in our manuscript. Notably, this version of the code incorporates our best attempt yet at file-management for performing the hyperparameter sweeps that are central to the EMBEDR method. This version also contains several new plotting routines for easily viewing results.
