splits tab-separated files with headers, using a list of column names

usage: /home/erik/bin//tsvsplit  <tsv file> [field names]
prints a tsv file with only the fields provided on the command line
assumes the first line of the tab-separated values file is the header
<tsv file> may be specifed as '-' for stdin
