Still quite a lot of outstanding TODOs, need to work out a different approach to the Zen1 limitations (which is awkward to calculate and test in its current form) as well as the interactions between the Zen1 limitations and the updating of minimum master nodes (which is most likely doing the wrong thing right now, as it opens up the possibility for split brain, albeit in a limited time window).
