init flow command fails although output notes success if ~/.ecctl directory doesn’t exist #46

init flow command fails (non-zero command code) although output notes success if $HOME/.ecctl directory doesn’t exist

$HOME/.ecctl won’t exist for the large majority of users, thus requiring fix
