This release brings the .NET integration up to date with Watcher 1.0 GA:

We are releasing this as another beta before releasing the .NET bindings as GA so that we can collect feedback from early adopters, and allows us time to decide whether or not we want to move this repo to https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-net.
