Make Security Integrations GA with 8.4

What does this PR do?

As per the issue #3727, makes the following integrations GA:

- Cisco ISE
- Cisco Meraki
- Cisco Secure Email Gateway
- Infoblox NIOS (ensure it's the Beta integration we're removing and deprecate the Tech Preview/RSA2ELK integration)
- iptables
- Proofpoint TAP (deprecate the Proofpoint Email Security RSA2ELK integration)
- SentinelOne
- SonicWall Firewall (deprecate the Sonicwall RSA2ELK integration)
- Symantec Endpoint Protection

Checklist
