When anomaly detection isn't enabled, we show two different help texts, explaining two different places to enable anomaly detection.

Can we consider removing the tooltip? It doesn't seem necessary, even when anomaly detection is enabled for a service:

@bmorelli25 Thanks for providing this feedback. I realize that those texts are confusing, and I'm fine with removing the tooltip option from the title. We might consider it when we also add alerting as health indicators, it might be important at all times to describe how we get the health indicators on the map for users who did not set it up (to serve as an explanation). And any suggestions you might have for the anomaly detection disabled state copy, are more than welcome 🙂

That's a good point. In that case, It doesn't sound like we need to explain how to set it up in the tooltip, but instead, explain what it is?

So for disabled state copy, what about:

Display service health indicators by enabling anomaly detection from the Integrations menu in the Service details view.

Then, is it possible to have the tooltip only show up when anomaly detection is enabled? If so, you could have a tooltip that says something like:
Service health indicators are powered by the anomaly detection feature in machine learning
