Kibana version: master

Elasticsearch version: master

Server OS version: linux

Browser version: chrome

Describe the bug: can't impoirt saved objects with index pattern errors

Steps to reproduce:

  1. go to management- saved objects - import
  2. try to import attached files
  3. on the conflict resolution page choose another index
  4. click confirm all changes
  5. you will get an error: cannot call save of undefined

Expected behavior:
import should complete successfully

Screenshots (if relevant):
