Observed behavior
## Expected behaviorThe error message should accurately display why the login page is hung and user cannot log in. The error message should also provide how the user can resolve the issue as described in the work-around
Work-around
Stop both ES and Kibana. Start ES and wait until it initialized properly then start Kibana.
