[Lens] Transient suggestions #44234

This PR implements another flow for working with suggestions - if a suggestion is clicked, it is shown in the preview, but the previous state is retained and the suggestions don't change - they are still based on the previous state.

The previous state is also shown in the suggestion panel as an option, by doing so it's always possible to go back to the previous visualization.

Changing something in the datasource "submits" the currently suggestion and queries for new suggestions.

To be able to render a preview for the currently active state, I made toPreviewExpression a function on the Visualization type and moved it out of the specific suggestions. The suggestion logic now isn't concerned with building previews and the frame takes care of fetching them if they are necessary.

Overall this change LGTM. I'm not particularly worried about the state management changes because everything seems to be in the place we've set up- the only concern is whether we will have a stronger abstraction in the future.

The suggestions are a lot clearer than before, although I think we have more room to improve.

In particular, I think the suggestions are not helpful when dealing with multiple layers because they don't indicate which layer is being changed. I don't expect any changes to this in this PR, but maybe we can discuss offline.

I don't see any tests in the suggestion panel that are directly related to the temporary suggestions, is that something you can do?

Good point, I added some tests. I also noticed a bug which I fixed (no "Current" panel if the current visualization can't render a preview, e.g. tables)

I found this wording confusing because the lines in the preview are so tiny they're almost invisible. What about the phrase "Side-by-side" instead of "Unstack"? If that's too complicated, I think both of these labels should be adjectives instead of noun. "Stacked" and "Unstacked" would be the smallest change.

They are meant to be verbs to be consisted with Flip, but I agree that we can do a better job here. I will rename them to Stacked and Unstacked for now, we are planning to do a pass over labels before the release anyway.
