Summary

This PR adds a date range to the Inventory Metadata API request for the last 24 hours based on the currentTime. Why last 24 hours? Because there are datasets that only ship every 24 hours like S3 metrics from Amazon and we only have the current time.

This PR also adds a time range filter to the getDatasetForFields request that's used in the Snapshot API and Metrics Explorer APIs.
