Ignore the released entries. We need to remove these manually, and haven't updated our automation or checklists to ensure we don't forget to do this on each release since the changelog tool is new. I'll get this cleaned up. |

@juliaElastic I am going to merge this as soon as the build passes, but when you have a minute, can you just confirm that this is correct. There was no changelog in 144899, and it wasn't clear in the notes that that PR resolved 144880.

Question: Why does the changelog fragments directory contain old entries that we documented in 8.5.1? Is this expected? Am I looking at the correct release hash?
