[Uptime] [Test] Add functional test to verify named location without geo is supported

We recently became aware of an issue described in elastic/kibana#55233. We've created a fix for this bug, but we feel it's important to include a functional test for this case.

The purpose of this issue is to document the TODO status of this test, which we plan to add async to maintain velocity in bug resolution.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a functional test that utilizes monitor data that has a name specified, but is absent of geo data. This will likely require adding attributes to one or more existing UI elements to verify the desired state.
