Appfigurate™ iOS and watchOS integration library

Appfigurate Library for iOS and watchOS apps and app extensions.

Appfigurate Simulator app is now installed using the AppfigurateSE macOS app. You no longer have to build the Appfigurate Simulator app in Xcode to deploy.
