This adds the ability to include MCQs in content that, on the web and in apps, are self-marking/interactive in the browser.
This is somewhat experimental. In theory, the script also pings scores to a Wordpress database (if set up to receive them) if the book is running on the same server (in a subfolder).
Thanks to @SteveBarnett for the original work on the script and styling.
