Problem Description

Currently issue #17972 can cause the neophytes to have a sour first encounter when following the official electron quick-start tutorial.

Proposed Solution

The tutorial should be updated to include a mention to the common issue and workarounds to assist in a pleasant Hello World experience. (I'm actually a newbie so I am unable to suggest a canonical workaround)
