What would you like to do?

fake RR's with synthesizeReceipt

Why would you like to do it?

pretty essential as Element won't send an RR for its own events, making it look like a user hasn't seen their own event which looks bizarre

How would you like to achieve it?

synthesizeReceipt js-sdk
Room::addLiveEvent L2144
as per @t3chguy 's suggestion 🙏
