"Open" button on Installed toast doesn't open app

What Happened

I started an install for an app (Glimpse from Flathub) within AppCenter, then kept browsing. Once Glimpse was done installing, I got the toast saying it was installed, so I clicked it. Nothing happened. I tried with a couple more apps and had the same result. The Open button on each app's info page did work as expected, though.

Expected Behavior

The "Open" button in the installed toast should open the app, just like the "Open" button on the app info page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Kick off an install for an app
2. Navigate somewhere else in AppCenter
3. When it's done installing, hit the "Open" button in the installed toast
