It seems as if older version 3.1.28 does not work with Adobe CC 2021.

It'd be greatly appreciated if this was merged; I'm having problems installing CEP plugins on PS 2021, and it's been stated (from the issues) that this problem is caused by the outdated version of ExManCmd (even running it manually solved my issue). |

It seems as if older version 3.1.28 does not work with Adobe CC 2021.
Installing the extension fails with error 403.
ExManCmdversion 3.1.28 is unable to detect the versions of the installed
CC 2021 apps and thus is unable to check compatibility of
the extension with any app.
