2019_HCN

This is code to run the simulations as described in the following publication:

To reproduce the traces shown in Figure 9, compile the mechanisms with mknrndll and execute the runCCxxxxx.hoc files with NEURON (Hines & Carnevale, 1997; Neural Comput. 9:1179-1209).
