CBEM

Code to fit spike trains with the Conductance-based encoding model.

This MATLAB code is a reference implementation for the analyses found in Latimer et al. 2014.

This code is associated with the paper from Latimer et al., "Inferring synaptic inputs from spikes with a conductance-based neural encoding model". eLife, 2019. http://dx.doi.org/10.7554/eLife.47012
