Can't remove category with boards #1821

For test:

  1. Create category
  2. Create board inside (I added two boards)
  3. Now try to remove category created in step 1 (including boards).

You will see only Token verification failed. Please go back and try again.. Error log is empty.
Tested on clean ElkArte 1.0.

Also moved the confirm js popup to the final delete submit not the one that loads the secondary form.
