As i understand the latest non-NG DB shema is on this location:
http://svn.musicbrainz.org/mb_server/branches/RELEASE_20090524-BRANCH/admin/sql/CreateTables.sql

It differs from the one you use in mbzdb

MusicBrainz has converted to git, the latest revision of CreateTables.sql is now located at:
http://git.musicbrainz.org/gitweb/?p=musicbrainz-server.git;a=blob;f=admin/sql/CreateTables.sql;h=4cefaf536b7f5a07dc1737c9531e24aea54e0ee9;hb=HEAD

this is NGS... i am talking about old shema

The old schema is frozen at commit 6b70f5:
http://git.musicbrainz.org/gitweb/?p=musicbrainz-server.git;a=blob;f=admin/sql/CreateTables.sql;h=4cefaf536b7f5a07dc1737c9531e24aea54e0ee9;hb=6b70f50c57401fc07140dcbb242550b7e5ebfa31

It is my understanding that shortly after NGS becomes stable the old schema will cease to exist. For that reason and the fact that it runs off an old snapshot it would not be worth updating.

Any users with non-NGS can keep it as is but at some point the non-NGS replications will stop (or worse be replaced with incompatible replications) so if you want to keep your data up to date you will have to rebuild your database with NGS.

The codebase for mbzdb tried to help this transition to NGS by including the option to enable NGS for testers. This will eventually be pulled out of the codebase once non-NGS is of no use anymore.

This issue is not relevant anymore since anything before NGS has been permanently deprecated.
