The style guide mentions that

Having case appear later than the actual cases is strongly discouraged.

However, "later" is ambiguous. Whether it refers to indentation (horizontal) or file organisation (vertically) is unclear, at least on first reading. I suggest

Having case indented farther than the actual cases is strongly discouraged.
