Inside org-indent-mode, arrow keys in command mode and insert mode behave differently. For example, on this text:

12345
Pressing down on the first 1 in normal mode moves the cursor onto the 3 in the second line, but pressing down on the the first 1 in insert mode moves the cursor onto the 1 in the second line. This presumably has to do with the fact that the spaces added by org-indent-mode are not actually selectable.
Additional note: I do not notice this issue with a script I use that condenses latex commands into unicode characters for display.
