in helm-grep.el there is a regexp "^([a-zA-Z]?:?[^:]):([0-9]+):(.)" in function helm-c-grep-split-line
counld you define a variable for it ,for example helm-line-regexp.

the Maintainer of wgrep is working on supporting helm-grep-mode , maybe it would be helpful.
