Tiling ignores topbar.

Gnome 3.22

To be clear, it ignores size.

sorry for the lateness, I don't use latest gnome shell often, I usually use Ubuntu LTS and have a virtual machine for testing newer releases.

The problem was that in 3.22 the global.gdk_screen.get_monitor_workarea isn't returning the right rectange, taking toolbars into account, as did in 3.20. So I've switched to the more stable Main.layoutManager.getWorkAreaForMonitor
