Advanced decoration objects fix and cleanup

  • fixed lamps executing death state even with Decorative Objects disabled
  • several fixes for advanced decorations
    When advanced decorations is disabled, many custom actors are reverted to vanilla, this should add more compatibility when using BD with other mods replacing these actors with different sprites and behaviors
