This adds links to the watchman getting started section on the ember-cli github page to make it easier for users to troubleshoot watchman issues. Also updated unit tests to accomodate for the extra line of output.

This depends on the watchman getting started section from PR #3543 and resolves issue #3458.
I've also added some punctuation, because IMHO it looked weird without.
