The guide currently mentions deprecated routing methods Route#transitionTo, Controller#transitionToRoute, as well as Route#replaceWith and Controller#replaceWithRoute. The content should be updated according to https://deprecations.emberjs.com/v3.x/#toc_routing-transition-methods.
This might require some learning team discussion to make sure the resulting updated content still feels coesive and instructive.
