"Custom Test Helpers" sections is outdated #2226

https://guides.emberjs.com/v3.0.0/testing/acceptance/#toc_custom-test-helpers should be removed and/or replaced with a guide on how to write an async function that combines several of the other existing helpers like fillIn() and click()

we should also check if the list in the "Synchronous Helpers" section is still up-to-date.
